On March 19, Zhang arrived at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport on flight CZ3092 (seat number 33C) from Manila, the Philippines, and was transferred to Huadu District People's Hospital for isolation and observation.
On March 20, Zhang's sample test result was positive for the nucleic acid of the new coronavirus, and he was transferred to the Eighth People's Hospital of Guangzhou for isolation and treatment.
On March 21, after consultation with experts, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case of new coronary pneumonia.

Case 2: Lin Mou, female, 34 years old, from Guangdong, China, from Yingde, Qingyuan, and lives in Hailong Street, Liwan District, Guangzhou. Engaged in clothing import and export wholesale work.
From January 22 to March 8, Lin went to Istanbul, Turkey on a business trip.
On the evening of March 9, Lin took flight TK0068 (first class 02A) from Istanbul, Turkey, and transferred to flight CZ364 (first class 1K) from Bangkok, Thailand, and arrived at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport late at night. The temperature was normal. According to the regulations on the management of inbound personnel at that time, they did not belong to the key entry inspection and community health service management objects. Then I took a friend's private car from the airport back home. After returning to China, Lin spent most of his time at home, occasionally doing activities near his home, and wearing a mask throughout the process.

Case 3: Jin, male, 54 years old, from Jiangsu, China, and his residence in Guangzhou is Dongshan Street, Yuexiu District.
On March 17, Kim felt muscle soreness, fatigue, and no fever, and had been resting at home.
On the afternoon of March 20, he went to the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University for treatment and was observed. His body temperature was 37.5°C, and chest CT showed scattered inflammation in both lungs. The sampling test results showed that the new coronavirus nucleic acid was positive. That night, he was transferred to the Eighth People's Hospital of Guangzhou for isolation and treatment.
